SHIPPING PROVIDER

All orders are shipped exclusively via Royal Mail.

We currently use the following delivery services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Royal Mail Second Class

No other courier services are used unless stated otherwise.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Custom-made or personalised items may require additional processing time.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

DELIVERY METHODS

Shipping method is selected automatically based on parcel size, weight, and order type.

Customers cannot request alternative courier services.

DELIVERY TIMES (ESTIMATES)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 business days

  • Royal Mail Second Class: 2–5 business days

Delays may occur due to Royal Mail operations, weather, or high seasonal volumes.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • parcel size

  • parcel weight

  • selected Royal Mail service

All shipping fees are displayed before checkout completion.

TRACKING

Tracked 48

Orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 include full tracking.

Tracking details will be sent by email once dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Second Class

Royal Mail Second Class does not include full tracking.

Delivery confirmation may be limited.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within:

  • 10 business days (UK Tracked 48)

  • 14 business days (UK Second Class)

please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.

We will assist with claims in accordance with Royal Mail procedures.


Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • outer packaging

  • damaged item

  • shipping label

This allows us to arrange a suitable resolution.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned parcels may be subject to reshipping fees.

FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURNS TO SENDER

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • failed delivery attempts

  • uncollected items

  • incorrect address

we may refund the order minus original shipping costs, or offer reshipment at additional cost.
