Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original state
- Items should be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
- Items must be securely packaged for return transit
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned goods show signs of use, damage, modification, or excessive handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is adequately packaged.
We are not liable for loss or damage occurring during return transit.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Inspection & Verification of Returns
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to allow up to 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item to inspect, verify, and process the return.
This inspection period is used to confirm:
- The condition of the item
- Compliance with return eligibility
- Absence of misuse or damage
- Presence of all original components
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued in accordance with UK law.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after:
- We receive the returned goods, or
- You provide proof that the goods have been returned (whichever occurs first)
This is in line with Regulation 34 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery Cost Refunds
Where a refund is applicable, we will reimburse the cost of the lowest-priced standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase.
Additional charges for premium or express delivery services are non-refundable.
Deductions for Loss in Value
In accordance with Regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling or use of the goods.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Display use
- Professional photography or commercial/promotional use
- Assembly or modification
- Exposure to heat, moisture, or chemicals
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue and provide clear photographic evidence.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return postage costs will be reimbursed where applicable.
Exemptions from the Right to Cancel
The following items are exempt from the right to cancel:
- Custom-made products
- Personalised items
- Goods made to individual specifications
Unless such items are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
